Androsace villosa (Primulaceae), France, 2014. A cute little alpine plant whose leaf rosettes remind me somewhat of Sempervivum
I assume the color of the throat, which can even in this photo be seen to vary between red and yellow, signals to insects whether the flower is in the right stage to be visited.
